Payments & Cancellations
When you book a reservation for a product through the Website, Voyage On The Spot collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing
We accept the following credit cards:

MasterCard
There are no additional charges or service fees for processing credit or debit card payments.
Full payment by credit or debit card is required to confirm your reservation.
The charge will appear on your card statement as Voyage On The Spot.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or for any package, accommodation, meals, or other services already utilized.
If you wish to cancel a reservation made via the website, the cancellation policy stated in the relevant product listing will apply. When canceling a booking, you will be notified via email or telephone of the total refund amount, if applicable.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Flight-Free Day Tours
100% refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the tour date.
Packages & Day Tours Including Flights
Free cancellation from the booking date up to 61 days before arrival.
60–30 days before arrival: 20% of the total tour price will be charged.
29–15 days before arrival: 40% of the total tour price will be charged.
14–7 days before arrival: 65% of the total tour price will be charged.
6–1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.
Refunds will be made only through the original payment method.
If a product has no refund/cancellation policy, this will be clearly stated prior to purchase.
In the event of a payment processing error, any refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original transaction.
Delivery / Service Policy
Voyage On The Spot provides travel and tourism services only and does not ship physical goods.
Voyage On The Spot will NOT deal or provide services to individuals or entities in countries sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) in accordance with Egyptian law.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple charges appearing on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Payment Processing
Under this arrangement, Voyage On The Spot may provide payment processing services directly or through authorized payment providers depending on the payment method used.
For credit or debit card payments processed through international or regional acquiring banks, these terms form an agreement between you and Voyage On The Spot.
All services will be delivered directly by Voyage On The Spot.
After booking, you will receive a personalized Voyage On The Spot confirmation email (Confirmation Email).
To redeem your tour or service:
You must present the original valid Confirmation Email (printed or shown on your mobile device).
A valid photo ID must be shown.
In some cases, you may be required to present the credit or debit card used for booking (mainly for attraction/show tickets).
Failure to present a valid Confirmation Email may result in refusal of service without refund.
Voyage On The Spot reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraud, misuse, or mismatched identification details.
Passports, Visas & Insurance
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all passport, visa, and health requirements before traveling.
Voyage On The Spot is not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing travel documents.
Visa and health requirements may change without notice. We strongly recommend:
Checking with the relevant embassy or consulate before travel.
Consulting your physician regarding vaccinations.
Purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations and unexpected events.
Voyage On The Spot does not guarantee that travel to any destination is risk-free and is not liable for damages or losses arising from travel.
Terms of Use
Any dispute arising from this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Egypt is our country of domicile.
Users under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or use this website.
Payment information entered on the website is transmitted securely to our payment provider.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.
We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in EGP or other agreed currencies.
